Our client based in Southwest London is currently looking for an office manager to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis

The company specialise in interior design for the retail sector for a number of very well-known organisations all over the world.

Duties include answering and screening of calls

Meet and Greet visitors to the office

Ordering of office supplies

Post management

Liaising and organising cleaners

Managing the office diary

Holiday planning, sickness monitoring and issue of absence forms.

Providing weekly update to the Directors.

Scheduling PDP and staff reviews in diary Typing up notes from internal and external meetings

Flight and accommodation arrangements for staff and directors

Also helping with social media blog posts – keeping the companies name active on social media sites assist in writing content with third party supplier. Keep online presence active and current. Updating website regularly with blog and project posts and updates Events diary – what on and what staff should be encouraged to see and visit

Liaise with external marketing agent, helping book meetings, potentially assist with the preparation of presentation templates.
