Position: Website Support assistant
Company based in Bromley Kent/London is currently on the lookout for Web site Support exec to join the company.
The ideal candidate will have some commercial experience in a web designer, developer or programmer role and have a proven track record of speaking directly to clients and effectively dealing with issues and queries.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Delivering an excellent level of technical support and customer service for our own purpose built CMS websites to clients via telephone and email
Logging and managing support tickets on Zendesk
Providing training and advice for clients on how to use our CMS
Understanding clients’ differing levels of technical knowledge and adapting your approach to support and training to meet their specific needs
Working with clients to diagnose and resolve issues while looking for patterns and correlations to eliminate or better solve related problems that could recur
Maintaining ongoing support relationships with clients while meeting customer satisfaction and ticket resolution targets
Snagging, testing and adding content to client websites
Have a firm understanding of the website development process, experience working with CMS systems and knowledge of HTML and CSS (Please note, this is NOT a web development role)
