Position: Senior Account Manager
We have a client based near Basingstoke who are looking for an account manager to join the client services team. Â
Youâ€™ll have the ability to link client project opportunities, identifying areas for delivering the agencyâ€™s services and products
Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns for a portfolio of 5 to 8 customers
Develop lasting relationships with retainer and project-based customers and ensure ongoing customer success
Identify customerâ€™s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics
Track, synthesize, interpret and translate campaign data into tangible, action-oriented strategies to always be increasing open rates, CTRâ€™s and conversions for customers.
Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention and ROI
In-depth knowledge of CRM software and CMS (knowledge of Hubspot is a distinct advantage)
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft applications
PreviousÂ agencyÂ experience – B2B and ideally IT sector
