Position: Digital Marketer
Our client based near London Bridge are currently looking for a digital marketer.
They are a small design agency and they are looking for a data-driven inbound marketer to execute inbound marketing campaigns for themselves and their clients.
Working with both the Director of Brand and the Director of Client Development you will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads so that they are ready for a sales conversation.
Build and manage a content and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Previous experience in either a digital agency or a brand marketing department essential.
A real passion for marketing effectiveness
Solid understanding of inbound marketing strategies and techniques
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Ability to make data driven decisions
Proficiency in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) software features in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Ability to solve problems independently and cope with tight deadlines
Keeping abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
