Job Purpose:
Lead on content, communications and strategic direction across a wide range of high-profile events for our clients delivering exceptional events and experiential projects. Responsible for designing each touchpoint of an event, communication or experiential campaign, maximising audience engagement

Personal Profile:
An excellent event production offering with a minimum of five years of relevant creative content and communications experience. A methodical, practical approach, a problem solver combined with imaginative approach with a can-do attitude and love for events. Experience in a corporate background with responsibility for the success of an individual or series of events by making sure that the content reflects accurately the messaging agreed throughout

Key Responsibilities:
Pitches and Strategic Account Development:
Lead the account team in the preparation of RFPs and proposals
Liaise with client and internal teams to develop a detailed brief to develop Creative Service response to competitive and non-competitive briefs
Define the strategic direction of a project
Leading the Creative Services input across departments including Production, Communications and Creative to provide a considered and thought provoking response to full-service RFPs
Client pitch/presentations and follow-up for new and existing accounts
Develop and grow client relations with senior stakeholders with the aim of delivering a wider range of services to our customers
Gather and share client sector and event specific innovations to provide new and exciting delivery formats and suggestions

Pre- Production and Planning:
Creation of event agenda and session design
Working with senior/ board level stakeholders to develop accurate briefs and communicate appropriately the requirements to respective teams
Manage content creation with internal and external resources
Manage client’s timelines with clear and regular communication, working alongside project deliverables
Manage all pre-event client communication
Develop studio work flow 2D and 3D with Creative Service Manager for each project
Ensure accurate on-site information for effective delivery by Producers, Stage Managers, Showcallers and anyone else responsible for content delivery
Manage preferred suppliers throughout the project
To understand and advise the technical needs by project, the approach required working alongside the Production Manager, accurate and timely communication of requirements and changes (both technical and financial) to the delivery team, Production Manager (where appropriate) and suppliers
Contribute to the development of H&S documents and risk assessments for full service events
Contribute to on-site production event book and technical running order working alongside delivery team project manager to ensure accurate team briefing prior to and on-site
Ensure delivery of all events in accordance with regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines
Travel on-site to conduct site inspections and undertake planning meetings with all suppliers, when required and produce reports and undertake follow-up actions / briefings with technical team

On-site Production:
Main client contact for live event programme with overall responsibility for producing on-site event
Ensure all updates/changes are communicated to on-site team
Manage running of live show (advantageous to have show calling experience)
Ensure quality of event/client expectations
Approval of H&S / CDM regulations where applicable to programme design

Post Event and Financial Management:
Plans and manages content post-production
Contribute to de-brief for appropriate events staff and prepare notes for project team de-brief meeting
Update all project related info/accounting and prepare for reconciliation
Input to event budgets throughout the lifecycle of each event
Approve, check and arrange amendments for supplier payment
Maximise profitability of projects operated – including supplier negotiation and up-selling of additional services to clients
Execute effective scope management – to identify and charge clients for out of scope activities
Input into budget reconciliation
Ensure compliance with company and client invoicing processes
