Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: 30-35k plus commission
Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a good understanding of developing existing Clients and bringing in new Clients/Accounts. Experience in exhibition, congress or commercial interior industries an advantage but not a necessity.
This company bring together a dynamic and fun team with over 30 years of experience in the design, construction & installation of exhibitions stands and commercial interiors globally.
Driving new business opportunities and managing 2 sales executives
Work with Directors to develop a sales and marketing strategy
Create and maintain database of existing and new Clients
Visit exhibitions to meet potential new Clients
Cold call when appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Identify potential Clients and the decision makers within companies
Research and build relationships with new Clients
Set up meetings with new and existing Clients
Prepare presentations and costings
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends
Present to and consult with the directors on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
